Baby jump 1970 74 3 CD RemMungo Jerry bildades 1970 av sångaren/gitarristen Ray Dorset som var fascinerad av tidiga rock'n'roll sound, liksom skiffle och blues. Namnet Mungo Jerry togs från en dikt av T.S. Eliot. I maj 1970 släpptes deras debutsingel "In the summertime" ut. Ännu en no 1 singel, "Baby jump" följde.
